Frances Clara Melde

Frances Clara Melde, age 91, was born April 14, 1924 and passed away peacefully Oct.18, 2015 at SPJST Nursing Facility in Taylor.
Frances was born to William and Clara Hoes.
She married Gilbert Melde on Jan. 15, 1945. She is preceded in death by three sisters and four brothers.
She is survived by daughters Dianne Wilkins (Richard), Sharon Betak (Edward); sons Gilbert Melde (Jeanie), Rickey Melde (Denise); grandchildren Terry Wilkins (Sheryl), Tami Kovar (Kelly), Edward Betak Jr, Dean Betak (Lori), Lance Betak (Crispin), Misty Zieschang (Scott), Aaron Melde (Dawn), Abby Jones (Justin), Eric Melde, Jared Melde, Caleb Melde (Mackenzie); and great grandchildren Zack Wilkins, Hayden Wilkins, Kyler Kovar, Kelbi Kovar, Ty Kovar, Taryne Betak, Bradley Betak, Allison Betak, Chance Betak, Patrick Zieschang, Blake Melde, Brady Melde, Tyler Shillings, Reese Jones, Jaxton Jones, Harper Melde, Milam Melde; great-great grandchild Jace Wilkins; one sister and two brothers.
Serving as pallbearers are her grandsons Terry Wilkins, Edward “Bo” Betak Jr, Dean Betak, Lance Betak, Aaron Melde, Eric Melde, Jared Melde, and Caleb Melde.
A visitation will be Wednesday Oct. 21, 2015 from 6 until 8 p.m. at Providence Funeral Home in Taylor. A funeral service will be 10 a.m. Thursday Oct. 22, 2015 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Thorndale.
