Buckholts celebrates graduation, Cotton Festival events

Buckholts High School graduation, the annual school reunion and the 29th Annual Cotton Festival filled a weekend of events in the small community this past weekend. After several days of heavy storms and flooding, commencement ceremonies were moved indoors for the 2016 graduating class of nine students.

Skies threatened rain again Saturday but that didn't deter the Cotton Festival parade and other activities in downtown Buckholts. Family activities filled the day.
