County's Rockdale Substation closed temporarily

The Rockdale Substation of the Milam County Tax office will be closed temporarily.
Effective Jan. 11, the Rockdale Substation of the Milam County Tax Office will be closed temporally.
“We will make every effort to reopen as soon as possible and we are sorry for the inconvenience,” County Tax-Assessor Sherry Mueck said.
To help accommodate county taxpayers, the Cameron location will offer extended hours on Wednesdays only from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Also please note that Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2018, is the last day to pay 2017 taxes before they become delinquent. The Cameron location will be open Jan. 31, 2018 from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
