Cesare Mancuso

Mr. Cesare Mancuso, 85, of Cameron passed away Saturday, Sept. 1, 2018, in a Temple hospital. 

A memorial service for Mr. Mancuso will be held at First United Methodist Church on Sept. 8, 2018, at 11 a.m. with Rev. Geoff Lightsey officiating.

Mr. Mancuso was born in Sicily, Italy, to Sebastian and Giovanna Mancuso. He came to the United States in 1960 and became a U. S. Citizen in 1965. He was an architectural woodworker and also worked in the oilfield industry.  Mr. Mancuso was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Cameron but remained a devout Roman Catholic.

He is survived by his wife Dollie Mancuso of Cameron; son, Sebastian Mancuso and wife Melissa of Rosharon; daughters, Giovanna Mancuso of Orlando, Fla., Rae Lynn McBride and husband John, Patricia Scherer and husband Don, all of Manvel, and Sandra Worthy and  husband Roger of Whitney. Also surviving are one brother, Carmelo Mancuso, and two sisters, Franca Mancuso and Rachele Vavvo, all of Enna, Sicily, Italy. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the First United Methodist Church - Cameron.
