Clara Ann Richardson

Clara Ann Richardson, 85, of Temple and formerly of Cameron, died Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2018, at her home. 

Funeral services will be at 3:30 p.m. Friday at St. Monica’s Catholic Church with Rev. Bengie Magnaye officiating. Entombment will follow in the St. Monica’s Mausoleum. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. with a rosary at 7 p.m.

Mrs. Richardson, a retired secretary and office manager for the C.E.T.A. office, was born in Westphalia to Anton and Bertha (Engelhart) Fuchs.  She married James B. Richardson and he preceded her in death.  She was a member of St. Monica’s Catholic Church where she had served as lector, communion minister, CCE Co-ordinator, CCE teacher, a member of the liturgy committee, the Ladies society and the church council.  She also served on the Central Texas Hospital Auxiliary. 

She was also preceded in death by a son, Thomas.

She is survived by: sons, Daniel Richardson of Houston and Alan Richardson of Millsap; daughters, Karen Junek of Sugar Land and Bernadette Sanders of Temple; sister-in-law, Adeline Fuchs of San Angelo; and six grandchildren.
