Five Cameron Junior High students have been competing at the Region X Texas Junior High Rodeos this school year.
Brooklyn Balch, Jistol Walzel, Connor Barton, Mason Vaculin and Ann Warrick have been competing.
Brooklyn competes in the pole bending, goat tying, breakaway calf roping, ribbon running, and barrel racing.
Jistol competes in the tiedown calf roping, boys goat tying and ribbon roping.
Connor competes in the boys breakaway roping, boys goat tying, and ribbon roping
Mason competes in the tiedown calf roping, boys breakaway, boys goat tying, ribbon roping, and team roping
Ann competes in the ribbon running and barrel racing.
The Texas Junior High Rodeo Association was developed through the Junior High Division of the National High School Rodeo Association and operates under the guidelines under the Texas High School Rodeo Association.
